Exceedity BI is a business intelligence platform that aggregates data from various e-commerce and marketing platforms to provide unified dashboards and daily summary reports. The Service includes:

  • Integration with third-party platforms including Shopify, Etsy, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, AWIN, Klaviyo, and custom channels via Make.com
  • Dashboard visualization of business metrics
  • Daily WhatsApp summary notifications
  • Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms to retrieve your business data. By enabling an integration, you:

  • Authorize us to access data from that platform on your behalf
  • Confirm you have the right to grant such access
  • Agree to comply with that platform's terms of service

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs may temporarily affect the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party platforms
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on information in the Service
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees (if any)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
